Dagwood’s was founded by the Keith Erickson and Jean Erickson in November 1984.
Almost 30 years later, the Baer family purchased Dagwood’s and MammaMia’s restaurant from the Ericksons. Today the Baer family continues making great tasting food using the same recipes that the Ericksons developed years ago.
We support local businesses by sourcing a majority of the high quality ingredients used in our food from companies based in Minnesota. To provide you with the freshest ingredients, each day we bake fresh bread and slice fresh vegetables and meats.
